Mission’s Care Management offers a broad range of services to clients and their families as they navigate through the challenges of elder care. Led by owner Amie Marchini, we fulfill a critical need in our community by helping to facilitate care for local seniors while encouraging as much independence as possible.
Amie’s specialized training as a Gerontologist and Certified Care Manager, complimented by a team of professional caregivers gives our clients the kind of support and expertise they can rely on. We offer PROFESSIONAL CAREGIVING SERVICES to ensure that the needs of each senior are met in the comfort of their own home.
CARE MANAGEMENT is also available at professional hourly rates. Services include assessments to determine the individual’s specific needs. Family conferences are held to inform about options and facilitate decision making. Mission’s Care Management utilizes a carefully screened network of resources to help families create an initial plan for care or monitor on - going care.
